Customer: Hello, I’d like a return to Xi’an please. 

Travel Agent: Certainly. When do you want to travel? 

Customer: Tomorrow. 

Travel Agent: Ok, no problem. What class of service would you like - soft sleeper（软卧） or hard sleeper（硬卧）? 

Customer: How much is the soft sleeper? 

Travel Agent: The soft sleeper costs 600RMB one way and the hard sleeper is 400RMB one way. 

Customer: Ok, I’ll take a return ticket on the soft sleeper please.

Customer: Good morning, I’d like to book a flight from Beijing to Shanghai, please. 

Travel Agent: I see. When are you travelling? 

Customer: I’d like to fly next Friday. 

Travel Agent: Is that a return journey or just one-way? 

Customer: One-way, please. I’m flying back to London from Shanghai. 

Travel Agent: Ok. That will be 1400RMB please. 

Customer: How long is the flight? 

Travel Agent: It’s about three hours.
